Reformer Flow Classes

Tower Pilates blends matwork, reformer, and Cadillac-style training into one versatile setup. You’ll work deep core, stretching, alignment, and resistance in a single session. Expect improvements in mobility, flexibility, and total-body strength.

No late entry, and 24-hour cancellation is appreciated

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience to take a class?

No. We offer intro classes and privates sessions to get you up to speed. 

What should I wear?

Fitted comfortable workout clothing. Grip socks are encouraged but not required in our studio. We are a classical studio and the classical work was done barefoot, so for now we are, socks are optional. 

What should I bring?

Water bottle. A towel if you’d like.

How many times a week should I do Pilates?

We recommend 2-3 times per week.
