“As a competitive athlete, over use resulted in shoulder and Tommy J surgery. As a result I struggled with shoulder pain and range of motion. Pilates helped strengthen my shoulders, increased my flexibility and physically built my confidence. I went from one on one sessions to Pilates classes and now they are part of my life. I only wish I would had discovered Pilates sooner.”

Geoffrey S.

“I started Private Pilates sessions to get through a round of golf without back pain. The benefits have far exceeded golf. Not only do I not have the pain after a round of golf but it improved my game and my over all fitness."

“Steph is one of the best Pilates instructors I have ever met. She is extremely knowledgeable in bodywork and pays attention to each individuals needs and is very thorough. This is what Pilates is all abound I highly recommend her and her studio.”

Cynthia M.

“I’ve practiced Pilates for 30+ years and worked with three excellent trainers. After I moved, I began training with Stephanie, whose warm, knowledgeable approach made an immediate impact. We trained twice a week for 10 years and continued via Zoom after we both moved away. She keeps me strong, stretched, and challenged with new exercises I never imagined doing. Training with her is truly a gift for both body and mind.”
